It’s the biggest L.O.L. Surprise! VIP event of the year and Mallory is getting ready for the party. Feeling a bit anxious about her style, she seeks the advice of her L.O.L. Surprise! friends Lady Diva, Royal Bee, Swag and Neonlicious to put together her fierce look. Mallory goes on a journey through dance, song and fashion and comes to realise that being yourself is what really matters and she had the confidence inside her all along.
Along the way, Mallory and the L.O.L. Surprise! characters are joined by many of their friends you’ll know all too well, as well as dancing, singing, life-size holograms of L.O.L. Surprise! Remix O.M.G. Fashion Dolls - Kitty K, Lonestar, Pop B.B. and Honeylicious - leaving the audience thrilled from start of finish.
You’ll be invited to Get Up and Dance and sing along to L.O.L.’s newest hits with your fashionable BFFs and all their fellow B.B.s in this concert style ride made for the entire family! We’re calling all UK B.B.’s to strut your stuff, show us who you are, and get ready to experience surprises no other UK family show has ever offered. We’ll bring all the feel good vibes ‘cuz it’s going to be the best show ever… like, ever ever!

Our Packages
Our Prime View Hospitality Package guarantee a fantastic seat with great views of the entertainment. Add a little extra to your experience, avoid the concourse queues with an invite to The View bar – crack open the champagne and get ready for the act of your choice. This package is available for groups of up to 8 people.
Prime View Hospitality Package includes:
- Best seats together in VIP Blocks 103/ 114*
- Invitation to the The View bar
- Early entry to the arena
- Fast track entrance to the venue
- Fully licensed cash bar access
- Variety of food options available to purchase
*On occassion the Prime View blocks will be altered dependant on the event. The best block available will be given on these occassions.
Our VIP Suite Hospitality Package provides ample space to entertain guests, relax with family or enjoy the show with friends. The suite is located in a prime position above Block 113. The VIP suite is fitted with a fully stocked bar, relaxation area and outside balcony seating making the views spectacular and the experience a truly memorable one.
VIP Suite Package includes:
- Private suite for up to 14 guests
- Balcony seating providing wonderful views of the show*
- Free parking in the Arena CitiPark Car Park
- Fast track entrance to the venue

*Your tickets include seats for the show from the balcony seating in the suite. If, in the unlikely event our suite is not within view of the stage, you will be issued with access to our suite prior to the show and tickets within the arena.
