What payment methods do you accept?

For all website bookings we accept all major credit and debit cards. If you want to make payment by wire transfer or cheque please contact one of our sales representatives.

What are the conditions of sale when I purchase packages?

Do you offer Event Insurance?

Yes, Event Insurance can be added at the check out stage, you can read the full policy details here 

Do the prices quoted include VAT?

All prices quoted are per person and include UK VAT unless otherwise stated. 

Is delivery included?

There is a delivery fee added at the checkout stage. Our deliveries are completed by secure mail using trusted partners such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL. In some cases, we may hand deliver your tickets or for security reasons you may be asked to collect your tickets at the venue.

When will I receive my tickets / packages?

Subject to the payment being received in full and our terms and conditions met, we endeavour to delivery all tickets / packages to you no later than 7 days before the event.

What happens if my event is cancelled?

Refunds are possible only if the event has been cancelled by the promoter or artist and will be subject to an administration fee.

What happens if my event is postponed / rescheduled?

If your event is postponed and rescheduled by the event promoter / organiser tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date you will be entitled to 100% credit voucher or part refund of 75%. The part refund is to cover fees and administrative costs incurred by Sport and Music in obtaining a refund from the event promoter / organiser. 

What if I lose my tickets / packages?

Once your tickets have been delivered it is your responsibility to look after your tickets safely. In most cases we are able to arrange replacement or duplicate tickets but this is at the discretion of the promoter or venue. In cases where we are unable to arrange replacement or duplicate tickets then we cannot be held responsible or liable.

Can I get a refund for tickets / packages that I have purchased?

Once you have agreed to the purchase you are subject to our terms and conditions. Refunds are possible only if the event has been cancelled by the promoter or artist and will be subject to an administration fee. In some cases a 50% refund may be eligible if the event is more than 60 days away.

Can I make a change to my booking?

All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions, however we will always do our upmost to alter or change a booking for you.

Can we bring our own branding or promotional material?

It may be possible for some events but it cannot be guaranteed, please contact your account manager or event team and they will try to accommodate your request.

Can I make any specific catering requests?

The catering is usually set by either the promoter, venue or ourselves. Approximately 4 weeks before the event, we will contact you prior to the event to ask for any specific dietary requirements which will be accommodated. We may be able to guarantee a specific menu for you and your clients so please discuss this with your account manager or event team.

Is Car Parking included?

Parking is not usually included within the package unless stated. In some circumstances we can arrange parking so please contact your account manager or event team.

What is the dress code?

The dress code varies from event to event. This will be detailed in your event documentation or by contacting your account manager or event team. Generally, a dress code will be smart casual (no ripped jeans) but you should always check first.

Is there disability access?

Most of our events accommodate disability access but you will need to check with your account manager or event team prior to booking.

How can I make a complaint?

If you wish to make a complaint please write to us at info@sportandmusic.co.uk or write to Sport and Music Limited, Dalton House, Floor 3, Suite C, Cross Street, Sale, Manchester, M33 7AR. We aim to respond to your complaint within 14 days.
