Tickets are delivered according to the event type. Most are digital or mobile tickets, while some may be couriered or available for collection at the venue. You will receive instructions for accessing your tickets prior to the event.

Subject to full payment and acceptance of our terms, tickets and packages are typically delivered at least 2 to 5 days before the event.

Ticket transfers depend on the event organiser and ticket type. Please contact your account manager to confirm whether a transfer is possible.

Once tickets are delivered, it is your responsibility to keep them safe. Replacement tickets may be possible, but we cannot be held liable if replacements cannot be issued.

Parking is generally not included unless stated. Your account manager may be able to arrange parking for certain events.

All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, tickets and packages cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In the rare event of a cancellation, we will provide guidance on available options, subject to our terms and conditions.

Tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, your options will be outlined according to our terms and conditions, but refunds are not offered.
