We aim to dispatch all orders 7 to 10 days before the event, in some circumstances it may be less than this but we will keep you updated. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email to confirm your order has been dispatched. Your order will be delivered by secure delivery using a track and trace delivery. You will be provided with a tracking code where you can keep up to date with your delivery.
If your delivery address is in the UK then your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed next day service and a signature will be required on delivery. Once shipped you will be provided with a tracking code where you can trace your order.
International deliveries outside the UK
For all International deliveries outside of the UK our preferred courier is DHL. We use an Express service which guarantees delivery next day in most parts of Europe and up to 2 days for the rest of the world. Once shipped you will be provided with a tracking code where you can trace your order and a signature will be required on delivery.
If your order has been dispatched and not arrived within 3 days then you must notify us so we can speak with the courier. Failure to notify us may lead to us not being able to replace your order.
