About Pierce the Veil
Formed in San Diego, California, Pierce the Veil have become one of the most influential bands in the post-hardcore and alternative rock scene. Founded by brothers Vic and Mike Fuentes, the band first gained attention with their 2007 debut A Flair for the Dramatic. Their mix of emotional lyrics, soaring melodies, and heavy riffs quickly set them apart and earned them a loyal global fanbase.
Over the years, Pierce the Veil have released five studio albums, including fan-favourites Collide with the Sky (2012), which featured the anthemic single King for a Day, and Misadventures (2016), which cemented their reputation as one of the most exciting live acts in the genre. Their latest album The Jaws of Life (2023) showcases a matured sound while staying true to their roots, delivering raw emotion and energy that resonates deeply with fans.
