What does each hospitality package include?
Manchester Suite VIP: Reserved table dining, champagne reception, four-course menu, complimentary drinks, executive padded seating in Block N2406.

Salford Suite: Casual atmosphere with drinks and hot food available to purchase, executive padded seating in Block N3416.

Trinity Club (Pre-Match): Pre-match only access with complimentary drinks and contemporary bowl food, East Stand Level 2 seating in Block E334.

Matchday Ticket Plus: Executive padded seating in Block NW3432, concourse meal voucher, programme voucher, early stadium access.

East Stand Executive Box: Private box for 8 guests, four-course buffet, complimentary bar, balcony seating, parking included.
Is car parking included with my package?
Parking is only included with the East Stand Executive Box package. For other packages, parking can be purchased separately by request.
Are fixture dates or kick-off times likely to change?
Yes, fixture dates and kick-off times are subject to change due to TV scheduling and other factors. If a fixture is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. We recommend waiting for confirmation before finalising travel.
Can I leave the stadium and re-enter later?
No. For security reasons, re-entry is not permitted once you have entered Old Trafford. Please take any photos or visit the Megastore before going in.
What is the dress code for hospitality areas?
Smart casual. No away team colours, tracksuits, shorts, or offensive clothing. Children under 12 are exempt from the dress code.
Can children attend?
Yes, children are welcome in hospitality areas and are not required to follow the smart casual dress code. Parental discretion is advised due to the atmosphere.
Will my seats be together to watch the game?
Yes, all seats within each hospitality group are allocated together. If you have a large group or specific requirements, please contact us in advance.
What food and drink are included?
This varies by package. Some include a full à la carte meal and complimentary bar (e.g. Manchester Suite VIP, Executive Box), while others offer informal dining or food for purchase (e.g. Salford Suite, Trinity Club).
Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Yes. Halal, vegetarian, and pescatarian options are available. For allergies or specific dietary needs, please notify us in advance or email matchday.hospitality@manutd.co.uk.
When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are usually sent digitally 3–5 days before the match. We'll confirm via email once they're ready. If you’ve booked late, we’ll ensure prompt delivery or arrange collection.
Is smoking allowed inside Old Trafford?
No. Old Trafford is a smoke-free stadium. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all areas.
Are hospitality areas accessible for guests with disabilities?
Yes. If you or a guest require accessible seating or assistance, please contact matchday.hospitality@manutd.co.uk in advance so we can make arrangements.
How do I get to Old Trafford?
Old Trafford is easily accessible by tram, train, or car. The nearest tram stop is "Old Trafford" (Altrincham line), a short walk from the stadium. Plan to arrive early to avoid delays.
What time should I arrive on matchday?
Hospitality doors open 3 hours before kick-off. We recommend arriving early to enjoy the full experience, including food, drinks, and entertainment.
