Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders 7 to 10 days before the event, in some circumstances it may be less than this but we will keep you updated. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email to confirm your order has been dispatched with a tracking reference if physical tickets.

Physical tickets

If your delivery address is in the UK then your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed, next day trackable service, with a signature required on delivery. Once shipped you will be provided with a tracking reference where you can trace your order.

For all International deliveries outside the UK, our preferred courier is DHL. We use an Express service, which requires a signature on delivery, this service guarantees delivery next day in most parts of Europe and up to 2 days for the rest of the world. Once shipped you will be provided with a tracking reference where you can trace your order.

If your order has been dispatched and has not arrived within 3 days, you must notify us so we may speak with the courier. Failure to notify us may lead to us not being able to replace your order.

Electronic & Mobile transfer

For all orders which are Electronic or Mobile transfer we aim to dispatch 7 to 10 days prior to the event, in some circumstances it may be less than this but we will always keep you updated on your order. One of our team members will be in touch to gather the necessary information for transferring tickets. This may include an email address for electronic tickets or the registered email for mobile tickets.
