Covid-19 Booking Policy and Information

 

Firstly, our best wishes go out to everyone impacted by Covid-19. 

 

The impact of the virus has been hard hitting and felt worldwide. It has been a difficult time for allincluding those involved in the live event, hospitality and leisure sectors.  

 

We are proud to say that despite this, Sport and Music have refunded all customers with Covid-19 affected bookings.  

 

Local government restriction and situations are changing constantly. We are maintaining communication with event organisers, promoters and venues and our customer service team will be in contact as soon as possible should your booking be affected. 

 

Below is an overview of our latest terms for different Covid-19 related circumstances. 

 

We appreciate you choosing us and promise that we strive to always offer you the best possible service. 

 

Cancelled Events 

 

If your event is cancelled by the promoter / organiser, or local government restrictions mean that the event will go ahead without spectators you will be entitled to a full refund within 14 days. 

 

Rescheduled Events 

 

If your event is postponed and rescheduled by the event promoter / organiser tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date you will be entitled to 100% credit voucher or part refund of 75%. The part refund is to cover fees and administrative costs incurred by Sport and Music in obtaining a refund from the event promoter / organiser. 

 

Event takes place as originally scheduled but travelling from the clients home country is forbidden 

 

If your event takes place as scheduled however travelling from your home country is restricted, usual terms and conditions will apply.

In these circumstances we will assist you with the re-sale of your tickets or hospitality packages.  

 

Event takes place but client cannot attend due to positive Covid-19 test result or request to self-isolate 

 

If your event takes place as scheduled but you cannot attend due to a positive Covid-19 test result or requirement to self-isolate usual terms and conditions will apply.

Reduced Capacity Events 

 

If government restrictions reduce the capacity of your event in the period between booking and the event taking place we reserve the right to offer a full refund or credit voucher. However, we will endeavour firstly to fulfil orders as originally placed.
