We don’t just run campaigns — we build systems that drive revenue.

About the Role

Sport and Music is a premium provider of VIP and hospitality experiences across sport and live events.

Marketing plays a central role in our growth — not just in driving traffic, but in building a connected, high-performing engine that links our website, CRM, and sales processes.

We have strong foundations in place, with systems established across our website, CRM, and data tracking. The next stage is to optimise and scale these to drive consistent, measurable revenue growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join at a key stage of development. We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of execution, performance, and continuous improvement across our marketing channels.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional “campaign-only” marketing role.

You will sit at the intersection of:

  • Website
  • CRM (HubSpot)
  • Email marketing
  • Sales support
  • Tracking & performance

You will be responsible for ensuring our marketing ecosystem runs efficiently, converts effectively, and supports revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Responsibility

You will play a key role in improving the commercial performance of marketing, with a focus on:

  • Increasing website conversion rates
  • Improving lead-to-sale conversion
  • Reducing cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Driving revenue contribution from marketing channels

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Build and optimise email campaigns, automations, and sequences
  • Manage lifecycle marketing (lead → enquiry → customer → repeat)
  • Maintain and improve CRM data quality and segmentation
  • Support sales outreach through structured sequences and workflows

Website, SEO & Conversion Optimisation

  • Manage and update website content (WordPress / WooCommerce)
  • Improve product and landing pages to increase conversion rates
  • Optimise website structure and content for SEO (on-page, internal linking, page structure)
  • Support implementation of schema (Product, FAQ, Event, etc.)
  • Ensure all pages are aligned with commercial priorities and inventory availability
  • Identify and improve user journey and on-site performance

Data, Performance & Paid

  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across website, CRM, and campaigns (GTM, HubSpot)
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics including traffic, conversion rate, CPA, and revenue contribution
  • Analyse lead-to-sale performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and ROI
  • Manage and optimise paid marketing activity (e.g. Google Ads, retargeting), ensuring alignment with overall performance
  • Work with external partners where required to execute and improve paid campaigns
  • Use performance data to inform decisions across marketing and sales

Sales Alignment

  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Build and refine outreach sequences
  • Ensure marketing supports high-value opportunities (events, packages)
  • Work with partners and external channels to support brand visibility and revenue growth

Social & Content

  • Support light social activity where relevant (not the primary focus)
  • Assist in promoting key events and campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion
  • Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS)
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (GTM, analytics, attribution)
  • Comfortable working across both technical and marketing tasks
  • Commercial mindset — understands revenue, not just marketing metrics
  • Experience with WooCommerce or e-commerce environments

Desirable:

  • Basic understanding of APIs / integrations
  • Experience with SEO structure and schema
  • Background in events, sports, or ticketing

This Role is Ideal For Someone Who:

  • Enjoys being hands-on and solving problems
  • Is comfortable working across systems, data, and campaigns
  • Wants to build and improve processes, not just execute tasks
  • Can prioritise high-impact activity and focus on what drives revenue
  • Is motivated to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility over time

Summary

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on revenue.

You will play a key part in shaping how marketing supports the wider business, improving performance across systems, campaigns, and customer journeys.
